- After much research, I chose the Sawgrass SG500 as a gateway printer for learning sublimation and creating apparel, drinkware, & totes. It has been flawless from day one. It was very easy to set up and install inks. The inks have yielded nearly 200 designs & are still about 30% full. This is after the initial fill. The colors are vibrant every single time. This printer has allowed me to take apparel design to a new level & I love it! I opted to purchase the Sawgrass from Johnson Plastics because I had ordered from them in the past. The one time I had an issue they resolved it immediately & went over & above to ensure a positive experience. I have nothing but good things to say about Sawgrass and JP!
- I love this printer. I've used it for 1,000s of prints for garments and tumblers. The only "complaint" I have is more personal, I wish I had gotten the larger printer. This printer is limited on how wide you can print so I've had to piece together larger designs before. Otherwise, I love it.
- I purchased this over a year ago. The warranty was a big part of my decision. I had a little issue when I first got it because it wouldn't connect to my laptop. JPPLUS customer service was so very helpful and patient. I've had zero issues with it because it does it's own maintenance as long as you leave it on. It's small enough so it doesn't take up a lot of space on my desk. The colors are always spot on & vibrant. I buy 99% of my blanks from JPPLUS as well. I'm lucky that I have a warehouse where I live and most things are available to pick up the same day. When things do have to ship, it's very quick. I realize the ink is a little pricey but when you consider that I don't spend a lot of time troubleshooting issues, and the colors are perfect everytime, it's well worth the money.
- I love my printer. It works everything even if it don't get used everyday. Great product and customer service is the best. Will any questions. I also got the mug press and very impressed with it. Glad I took the leap.
- This is my second SG500, because I worked my first one to death! 15,000+ prints before it decided it had had enough, I'd say I got my moneys worth. And the customer service has been excellent for all their products. The one and only time I've had an issue, they fixed it immediately after I contacted them (which is what I would suggest the previous reviewer does next time before assuming everyone is out to rip them off). I've been a customer for over a year, made dozens of purchases, and will continue to be a customer for many years to come.
- I bought the Complete Bundle with the 32mil ink cartridges. It is a shame that I get them and they expire next month. So guess I am paying another $308 more for this bundle than I should have. Pretty pathetic to rip customers off like this. Never buying here again. Thanks for the stab in the back JPPLUS. JPPlus Response: Thank you for your review. We are sorry about what you experienced!
