Excellent Customer Service 0 people found this helpfulThis is my second SG500, because I worked my first one to death! 15,000+ prints before it decided it had had enough, I'd say I got my moneys worth. And the customer service has been excellent for all their products. The one and only time I've had an issue, they fixed it immediately after I contacted them (which is what I would suggest the previous reviewer does next time before assuming everyone is out to rip them off). I've been a customer for over a year, made dozens of purchases, and will continue to be a customer for many years to come.
