Seth R.

Seth helps his customers by answering any product questions they have and making sure they have the right products for their business.

Seth joined the Johnson Plastics Plus team in 2018. Prior to that, he spent the past two decades in the sign industry, including seven years as a manager with FastSigns. He attended Western Colorado University for Business and loves connecting with customers at trade shows.

In his spare time he enjoys playing disc golf with his friends and family and recently started a Disc Golf Putting League to help promote the sport in his area.

Seth loves helping customers find solutions to problems and really strives to make the customers experience with JPPlus a good one.

Sales Advisor

Evan loves helping customers find the right equipment and consumable products for their signage, engraving, and personalization businesses.

Prior to joining the Johnson Plastics Plus team in 2019, Evan spent a decade in the telecommunications industry, matching consumers and businesses with the right products and providing after-sale support. His educational focus was on visual communications and design, so he has a keen eye for great design work and loves seeing the things JPPlus customers create with our products!

In his spare time, he is a husband and father of an energetic three-year-old son. They enjoy spending time outdoors, visiting state and national parks as much as possible. He also enjoys creating things on his 3D printer and CNCs.

He is passionate about helping customers navigate their challenges and recommend technologies, products and services that will help them achieve their business goals.

Sales Coordinator

Courtney handles the business needs of Johnson Plastic Plus customers in the Midwest. Prior to joining JPPlus in 2017, Courtney spent 10 years in the office supply and print industries in various customer support and sales roles.

Courtney has a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Northwestern Ohio. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter Brynn and their beloved dogs Remy and Ella.

Courtney believes that you are never too old too old to set another goal or dream a new dream. With this in mind, Courtney is devoted to making a positive difference for our customers and strives to help them meet their business goals.

Jennifer D.
Sales Advisor

Jennifer serves as the main point of contact for new and existing customers across the US. She joined the Johnson Plastics Plus team in 2019 and brings more than 25 years of sales and account management experience to her role with the company.

  Currently, her three adult children live in Canada, where they were born, and she visits as often as she can. When she is not helping her customers, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her youngest daughter and their two horses, Cookie and Lady. She also travels to Canada frequently to visit her three adult children who live there.

Peggi brings years of company and industry experience to her position as Sales Advisor. She loves helping her long-standing customers across the U.S. find the best products and solutions for their businesses.

Peggi has been with the company since 1995, joining the team fresh from college with her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Peggi attributes her motivation after all these years to understanding small businesses and the struggles they face and helping them be successful. That continued growth from her customers is what inspires her every day.

When Peggi has some down time, she enjoys being outdoors camping, hiking, kayaking and traveling. She lives by the mantra that life is about experiences and finds that inspiration can only come when you can be grateful everyday even for the little things.

Melissa, or Mel as she likes to be called, takes pride in helping add value to our customers by helping them find the right products and equipment to grow their businesses.

Mel joined Johnson Plastics Plus in 2019 after spending the previous six years as an account manager in another industry. She enjoys bringing positivity and encouragement to her co-workers. She was named the sales teams Motivational Guru and in her previous job she was nominated for Most Positive Employee five years in a row.

When she’s not working, Mel loves spending her time with family and friends, and helping teach the children in Sunday School. She enjoys walking, the color pink, anything sugar, and the beach.

Mel’s goal is to provide our customers with the most outstanding service possible. When she says she will do something, she does it!  She cares about building relationships and learning about our customers, and that helps her find ways JPPlus can add value to their businesses.

Lynda loves working directly with customers to help them find the best solutions possible for their businesses!

Lynda joined the JPPlus team in 2020. Prior to that, she spent 14 years in the commercial furniture world as a scheduling manager, project manager and warehouse manager. It’s her experience working directly with customers that has made her a great fit with the JPPlus service team!

In her spare time Lynda enjoys crafting and exploring small towns and new life experiences. She recently moved to Ohio from a large city, so small town life is new and exciting to her.  Lynda loves to learn new things as she says, “Knowledge is Power” and carries that with her into her daily life.

Amanda P.
Customer Experience Specialist

Amanda loves building strong customer relationships by helping our customers find the right products for their business, placing orders, and processing returns, exchanges and replacements.

Amanda joined Johnson Plastics Plus in 2016. Prior to that, she spent 10 years with Things Remembered starting engraver and sales associate and working up to district training manager.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband and their friends around a bonfire or just having people over for dinner. Together, they volunteer weekly at their church, and she coached the church Bible Quiz team, taking them to the National Tournament in 2017.

Amanda’s life focus and passion are inspired by one of her favorite books, Driven by Eternity by John Bevere. She is highly driven by her faith and lives by the principle that the way you live here in this life will determine the quality of the life to come.

At JPPlus, Amanda strives to make each and every interaction fantastic for her customers. She believes that building relationships is part of what makes JPPlus a great company to work for and for our customers to do.

Frank W.
Customer Experience Specialist

Frank is involved in all aspects of customer service, including offering product recommendations, helping with order placement, and other support requirements.

Frank has been with the Johnson Plastics Plus team since 2014 and brings more than 40 years of industry experience to the job, dating back to the 1980s working with Pantograph engraving equipment. Over the years he’s had many different roles within the sign industry from production, purchasing, sales and technical support.

When he’s not working, Frank loves to spend time with his eight grandchildren and has served as a volunteer firefighter and SCUBA diver for the past 35 years.

Frank loves working with customers to find creative solutions for their businesses and strives to provide the best customer experience possible!

Customer Experience Specialist

Mark strives to provide quality and knowledgeable assistance, empathy, and a voice to customers when they contact Johnson Plastics Plus.

Mark joined the JPPlus team in 2017 as a warehouse manager. Prior to joining the company, he spent 25 years in the plastics industry including working in sign shops. It’s this knowledge and experience that Mark uses to help customers get the most out of their interactions with JPPlus.

Mark has an Associate’s Degree is Graphic Design from McHenry County College in Crystal Lake, IL. In his spare time, he enjoys motorsports, concerts, fishing and kayaking. Mark enjoys helping customers find creative solutions to issues and loves seeing an issue all the way through to resolution.

Juanita U.
Customer Experience Specialist

Juanita’s primary responsibilities are to serve and maintain Johnson Plastics Plus customers through positive and reliable interactions. She makes sure our customers order the right products for their business and helps with any concerns they may have.

Juanita joined the JPPlus team in 2019. Prior to coming to JPPlus, she spent five years as an Emergency Dispatch Operator and 28 years working in mortgage finance.

Juanita is mom to three adult kids and grandma (gaga) to seven grandchildren. When she’s not running here and there with the grandchildren, she enjoys party planning, hand stringing pearls, craft projects, and writing.

What really motivates Juanita is working with people and building relationships. She enjoys getting to know her customers and their needs so she can be an effective resource for their business. She believes in the spirit of teamwork and loves being a part of the JPPlus team!

Darsey W.
Customer Experience Specialist

Darsey works with our customers through incoming calls and emails and also assists with specialty accounts.

Darsey has been with Johnson Plastics Plus since 2013. Prior to that, she spent eight years working with customers as their direct liaison for condominium lessor in Mexico.

Darsey studied business at Scottsdale Community College in Arizona. She enjoys giving back to the community wherever she can, whether it is donating clothes to the homeless shelters or donating blankets to the animal shelters.  Darsey and her friends also make hygiene bags for the homeless that they keep in their cars and hand out to the less fortunate. In her spare time, Darsey enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, baking, and exercising.   

Darsey is obsessed with bringing you excellent customer service, and that shows in her interactions with customers. Her years of experience in the industry help her find the right solutions for customers, and she loves coming to work! She calls her coworkers her “second family," and she takes great pride in what her “family” does to help customers every day!

Katie Pflieger joined the Johnson Plastics Plus team in 2021 after spending the previous decade in customer service for a nationwide furniture company. She has a passion for helping customers get the most out of their experience with JPPlus, whether it’s with product recommendations or helping to resolve any issues that may arise.

In her spare time, Katie enjoys hiking with her dog and exploring new places. She loves music and is currently working on building a collection of vinyl records. She also enjoys building relationships professionally and personally and likes to learn as much as she can from other people and their experiences.

Ty spends his days working to help customers through phone, email and website chats.  He joined the Johnson Plastics Plus team in 2020. Prior to that, he spent two years in quality management for a large-scale automotive supply company and more than a decade in various sales and service roles.

When he’s not helping our customers, Ty enjoys working on music projects, working on cars, spending time with his friends and family and his energetic German Shepherd.  He believes in trying to take a logical approach to every problem and trying to view it from multiple angles to determine the best solution.

Becky R.
Customer Experience Specialist

Becky is responsible for large accounts processing and supporting other customer service functions such as new product testing.

Becky joined the Johnson Plastics Plus team in 2014. Prior to that she spent 12 years managing a small business while being a full-time mom to her son and identical twin girls at home.

Becky attended McHenry County College pursing a degree in design. Among her many talents, Becky is a certified floral designer and state-licensed nail technician.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children at the beach or at home with her pets.

Becky prides herself on understanding the full picture of each issue a customer has and digging in to help them as best she can. She loves a good challenge and finding ways to improve processes and outcomes for customers.

Rob joined the Johnson Plastics Plus team in 2020 and loves to share his passion for customer service. Prior to joining JPPlus, Rob spent more than two decades in multiple levels of customer service that includes a Kaizen certification in business philosophy of continuous improvement of work practices and personal efficiency.

When he’s not helping JPPlus customers, Rob enjoys collecting music and exploring his creative side as a do-it-yourself type of person.

Hannah works to ensure customer satisfaction and enable assistance with any given call or interaction. She has a passion for customer service and loves helping customers find the best possible solutions for their businesses.

Hannah joined the JPPlus team in 2021 and brings with her a background in shipping and receiving. She earned an Associate’s Degree in Office Administration from the Commonwealth Baptist College of Kentucky.

LaToya V.
Customer Experience Specialist

LaToya helps customers find the best solutions to their business needs.

LaToya joined the JPPlus team in 2022. Prior to coming to JPPlus, she spent six years as a sales associate selling screen-printing equipment and supplies, along with helping customers create their custom screens to order.

LaToya loves working with customers and helping them get the correct products needed to complete their work! This includes, quoting, placing orders, and providing product information.

LaToya graduated from the Minneapolis College of Art & Design (MCAD) with a BFA in Printmaking. She also continues to spend her time helping to teach printmaking classes through the Continuing Education Department at MCAD.

In her spare time, LaToya enjoys camping and going for hikes around the many different lakes in MN with her husband.

Nikki M.

Nikki joined the JPPlus team in 2022. She brings with her more than 30 years of providing exceptional customer service in a wide range of roles and industries, including purchasing, credit services and banking. She earned an Associates Degree as a Paralegal in 2014, and is part of the National Technical Honor Society and Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.

When she’s not helping JPPlus customers, Nikki loves spending time with her furry companions. She devotes time volunteering and fosters animals in need through a local area rescue organization. Because there are so many animals in need of loving homes in her area and beyond, her favorite quote would be “Adopt don’t shop”.

What really motivates Nikki is her desire to provide the best experience possible showing each customer that they are valued.

Barbara joined the JPPlus team in 2022. She brings with her more than 10 years of experience in providing exceptional customer service and is bi-lingual in English and Spanish.

When she’s not helping JPPLus customers she enjoys painting, community service, spending time with family.

Stacey W.
Sales Manager

Stacey heads up our consumables sales team at Johnson Plastics Plus, making sure you get the expert advice and support you need to grow your business!

Stacey joined the JPPlus team in 2019. Prior to that, she spent two decades in sales management in the office products and furniture industries. During that time she worked with various sales teams and gained experience with government and healthcare contracts.

Stacey attended the University of Findlay in Findlay, Ohio, where she received a degree in business administration and management. When she’s not supporting the JPPlus sales team, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and two Great Danes (who she affectionally refers to as ‘horses’). The family loves hockey and she’s a big fan of Columbus Blue Jackets. She has a goal each year to read 150 books, and she usually surpasses that!

Stacey loves making sure our customers get the best support and help possible. She welcomes the opportunity to talk with customers and find the right solutions for their businesses.

Kevin C.

Kevin handles all aspects of customer service, from helping with order entry to resolving customers issues, and loves volunteering on projects that help enhance the customer experience.

Kevin joined Johnson Plastics Plus in 2018 as a leader in our warehouse team and brings more than 30 years of experience to the organization.  He enjoyed the challenge of learning a new role in 2020 and brought his passion for continuous improvement and warehouse knowledge to the customer service team.

In his spare time, Kevin enjoys time with family and working in the yard. He will never turn down a good meal and always willing to try new foods. 

Kevin uses his warehouse and product experience to help customers understand what to expect when they receive an order and how to grow their business.

Robert D.
Customer Service Lead

Robert Day started with Johnson Plastics Plus in 2008. Prior to joining JPPlus, he served as customer service specialist with Target for four years overseeing the very busy electronics area.

Robert uses his experience in many different ways with JPPlus, from assisting specialized accounts to helping customers with product questions and order entry.

Robert is a father of three: including identical twin boys and one daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family as much as possible, from playing at local parks with his two sons, to having tea parties and playing “baby dolls” with his young daughter. Robert is active in his local Autism Community, as his two sons are on the spectrum.

Robert is a forward thinker and a “doer”. He believes that the best way to learn is to be active in the business and be willing to make the extra effort to help his fellow co-workers and customers. He enjoys the challenge of new experiences and feels a great sense of accomplishment when he’s able to help someone with an issue that may arise.

Christina helps coach and lead the team to act with a Customer First mindset. She ensures the team has the tools to serve our customers and deliver a superior customer experience.

  Christina has been with the company since 2018.  Prior to joining Johnson Plastics Plus, she spent 10 years in leadership positions in various customer service roles, including a leading digital retailer and manufacturer of personalization products. 

Christina graduated from Minnesota State University with a Bachelor of Science in Management. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband their very spoiled pets, as well and their nieces and nephews.

Christina is passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives, and she’s dedicated and driven to support the customer service team and prove that excellent customer service is the way of life at JPPlus!

Nicole helps coach and empower our team to provide the best customer experience possible.

Nicole joined the Johnson Plastics Plus team in 2018 and brings with her many years of customers service experience. Prior to her career in customer service, she spent eight years as a cosmetologist.

When she’s not helping the customers and the customer service team, Nicole loves spending time with her husband, their teenage son and daughter, and two spoiled labs. In the summer you can find her at a Minnesota Twins baseball game or trail riding on four-wheelers. In the cold Minnesota winters she enjoys ice fishing and skiing.

Mike J.
Sales Manager

Mike focuses on identifying and exploring opportunities to expand business relationships for Johnson Plastics Plus and all The Rowmark Group brands.

Mike began working full-time at Johnson Plastics Plus in 1992, but really grew up in the business that his parents founded in 1970. If you’ve been to an industry trade show or conference, you’ve probably seen Mike working the JPPlus booth alongside his parents and accepting their many industry accolades and awards.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Gustavus Adolphus College. When he’s not interacting with our customers, Mike and his wife Marcia take advantage of their now “empty nest” by being outdoors, hiking, biking, skiing, and golfing.

Mike’s JPPlus career is wide and varied. He’s worked in the warehouse and held the title of President, and looks forward to following his passion of working directly with customers once again.
