Love my SG500 0 people found this helpfulI purchased this over a year ago. The warranty was a big part of my decision. I had a little issue when I first got it because it wouldn't connect to my laptop. JPPLUS customer service was so very helpful and patient. I've had zero issues with it because it does it's own maintenance as long as you leave it on. It's small enough so it doesn't take up a lot of space on my desk. The colors are always spot on & vibrant. I buy 99% of my blanks from JPPLUS as well. I'm lucky that I have a warehouse where I live and most things are available to pick up the same day. When things do have to ship, it's very quick. I realize the ink is a little pricey but when you consider that I don't spend a lot of time troubleshooting issues, and the colors are perfect everytime, it's well worth the money.
