- Not the same quality0 people found this helpfulJust like everyone else is saying, it's not the same quality. I've gone through thousand of sheets over the past few years and now its a different product. I hope they figure it out soon.

Thank you for your review, Windy Mesa. We're sorry to hear that you're not happy with the updated Unisub sheet. Unfortunately, Unisub can no longer get their previous hardboard base. They continue to work on finding the right base that is comparable to what they had previously. In the meantime, JPPlus has pulled all our sheets out of stock. Our customer service department will reach out to you shortly to see what we can do to help you out. - THIS IS NOT UNISUBIncentivized Review0 people found this helpfulI have been buying these sheets for years from JPP, and they have always been wonderful, but these are no longer Unisub. The back is a light color and when pressing them they smell like Chinese sublimation boards. If you have pressed Chinese & Unisub, you know the difference, and how it smells. The back now peels when using heat tape, and it is not the quality it was before. So sad that Unisub has gone to this quality and manufacturing.

- Buyer Beware !!!Incentivized Review0 people found this helpfulThis stuff is horrible. I'm so bummed. Why change a good thing?? I just wasted my money of 3 sheets. Buyer Beware. Will not cut, and if it does, the white peels up !

Something has definitely changed with the manufacturing of this product. It cuts terrible, chips, cracks and peels like others have mentioned. A total disappointment. This is exactly what happens when companies change their process to save 3 nickels and we the consumer of the bad product waste $$$ finding that out with no mention that it happened. I vary rarely write reviews but I needed the product quickly and in the end could deliver my end product to my customer. Simply awful.

In the last 6-8 months the quality has significantly declined. I thought it was our equipment or process, but it’s not gotten better even after we replaced parts on our end and tried new methods. The material seems to be more difficult to cut at higher power and slowest speeds. We struggle with tons of chipping and sheets that only have one side of plastic covering. I’m trying to get my last order replaced because it’s causing so much trouble. Unacceptable and disappointing.

Our customer service department will reach out to you shortly to see what we can do to help you out! - Product is not the same quality as it use to be!0 people found this helpfulSince Unisub was bought by another company the quality has really gone down hill. Sometimes it comes with protective film, sometimes it does not. It chips very easily and it bubbles when pressing it. I have been purchasing this for years and lately it is always a problem. Horrible quality!

Our customer service department will reach out to you shortly to see what we can do to help you out! - Chips so easily0 people found this helpfulThis stuff chips so easily after laser cut its frustrating to pay so much for the sublimation coat to just chip right off. It is a beautiful image when it doesn't chip.
