FAQ's and Information for Customer Service

Exchanges & Returns FAQ’s

To make a qualifying return, notify JPPlus Customer Service at service@jpplus.com or 800-869-7800 with an itemized list of products, invoice number, and the reason for the return.

  • Acceptable returned goods may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
  • Return products will not be accepted without prior authorization from a Johnson Plastics Plus Customer Service Representative.
  • All equipment sales are final. Johnson Plastics Plus does not accept returns on printers, heat presses, ovens, and fabrication equipment.
  • Once opened, inks are not returnable. Ink dates within six months of expiration cannot be returned.
  • All returns and credit requests must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Returned items must be in resalable condition to be eligible.

SOME ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED: SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS, NON-STOCK ITEMS, CUSTOM FABRICATED ITEMS, CUSTOM IMPRINTED BADGES, AND SHEET WITH APPLIED ADHESIVE.

Buyer is expected to inspect JPPlus shipments upon receipt. Claims for shortages or damage resulting from shipping should be addressed to the carrier at the time of delivery.

Claims for shortages or defective product from JPPlus should be addressed to a Johnson Plastics Plus Customer Service Representative. Buyer is understood to have unconditionally accepted JPPlus product (5) days after shipment is received.

The JPPlus product limited warranty begins upon receipt of the shipment from the Buyer. To make a qualifying return, notify JPPlus Customer Service at service@jpplus.com or 800-869-7800 with an itemized list of products, invoice number, and the reason for the return.

Limited Warranty; Disclaimer; Limitation on Liability:

JPPlus warranty is limited to replacement of product only, and such warranty does not extend to the costs of any repeat labor or incidental costs.

Except as set forth IN THE IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING PARAGRAPH, JPPLUS DISCLAIMS ALL other warranties, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. IN NO EVENT SHALL JPPLUS BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS), REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, BREACH OF WARRANTY, FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE, OR WHETHER IT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. In no event will JPPLUS’ liability exceed the paid purchase price of the products.
