If the coating is matte, your best bet is to return it because it won't work.
- Pretty Good2 people found this helpfulI had trouble with these at first and I still order double what I need. But I finally settled on 385 for 8 minutes with heavy pressure. Now, they usually come out right and look awesome. Hope this might help someone avoid a lot of mistakes.

The sublimation finish was glossy and fantastic. I recently order this product again and it came in a white box and the sublimation is quality is poor, no where near what I previously received. Now I am stuck with block than can't be used. Is there anyone who I can speak to, I would greatly appreciate it.

- Glass Blocks not coated properly 0 people found this helpfulI ordered 15 glass blocks for sublimation but could only use 4 because I discovered after messing up 2 of the blocks that some had the usual glossy finish and the majority of what I ordered has a matte finish which doesn’t sublimate correctly. I’m hoping that when I’m able to speak to someone in support that we can resolve the issue.
