    I ordered 15 glass blocks for sublimation but could only use 4 because I discovered after messing up 2 of the blocks that some had the usual glossy finish and the majority of what I ordered has a matte finish which doesn’t sublimate correctly. I’m hoping that when I’m able to speak to someone in support that we can resolve the issue.
