    I first ordered these glass blocks in 2021, when they came in a grey box and they worked like magic. The sublimation finish was glossy and fantastic. I recently order this product again and it came in a white box and the sublimation is quality is poor, no where near what I previously received. Now I am stuck with block than can't be used. Is there anyone who I can speak to, I would greatly appreciate it.
