Keep your xTool SafetyPro™ AP2 Air Purifier operating efficiently with genuine replacement filters designed specifically for the AP2 filtration system.

The AP2 uses a multi-stage filtration system to capture large debris, fine dust, smoke, odors, VOCs, and ultrafine airborne particles created during laser cutting and engraving. Each filter targets a different type of contaminant, helping protect the filters downstream and maintain effective airflow and filtration.

Choose an individual replacement filter for the stage that needs replacing or select the complete filter bundle to replace all five disposable filters at once.

These replacement filters are compatible only with the xTool SafetyPro™ AP2 Air Purifier. The AP2's SuperCyclone filter serves as the first filtration stage but is reusable and is not sold separately.

Filter Options:

• Pre-Filter – First replaceable filtration stage that captures larger debris before it reaches the finer filters

• Activated Carbon Filter – Primary odor and gas filtration stage
  • Adsorbs fumes, VOCs and odors produced during laser processing of materials such as wood, acrylic and leather
  • Estimated filter life – Approximately 600 hours
• Ultra-Dense Carbon Mesh Filter – Secondary carbon filtration stage for additional odor and gas removal
  • Helps absorb odors, VOCs and gases including formaldehyde (HCHO), carbon monoxide (CO) and sulfur dioxide (SO₂)
  • Rated to absorb up to 97.97% of odors and compatible gas-phase pollutants

• Medium-Efficiency Filter – Approximately 200 hours
• Activated Carbon Filter – Approximately 600 hours
• Ultra-Dense Carbon Mesh Filter – Approximately 300 hours
• High-Efficiency Filter – Approximately 300 hours
