Coverage Exclusions
- Not Covered: User manual, heat insulation pad, consumables, and tool kit.
- Items Damaged on Arrival: Excluded items will be replaced free of charge if damaged upon arrival.
- Other Exclusions: Damage caused by force majeure or intentional acts is not covered.
How do I activate my extended warranty?
After purchasing your warranty, you'll receive a confirmation code from JPPlus. Keep this code for your records, as you will need it when filing a claim.
