How do you sublimate hats?

Sublimating hats is a straightforward process that requires the following materials: sublimation blank hat, sublimation printer, sublimation ink, sublimation paper, blowout paper, heat tape, and a hat heat press.

Can these new trucker sublimation caps be pressed on a hat press?

Yes! You can sublimate them using a standard hat heat press platen; however, a specialty platen is required to sublimate the upper part of the trucker cap. Without it, you will be limited to sublimating small to medium-sized logos on the front or attaching patches on the lower band of the cap.

Steps to Sublimate Your Hat:

• Print your sublimation design using your sublimation printer.
• Position the design on the hat and secure it with heat tape.
• Utilize a hat heat press, a specialized tool that applies heat and pressure along the curve of the hat's front.
