- Worked for us0 people found this helpfulWe had good success once we figured out that the brim can not touch the heat press. We were using the Jet-Col DHS paper which only requires 30 seconds of pressing time so that may have helped in the melting issue that was previously reported?
- No Success0 people found this helpfulThese are so frustrating! We ordered over 50 of these for a work order with confidence that they would be easily sublimatable since that is what they're made for. Unfortunately they burned every time. It almost seemed like the foam melts (although we had hardly any pressure on our hat press). We are very disappointed in these. We ended up having to create screen print transfers for them to work for our needs. We will not be ordering these again.
