OVERVIEW
Subliflex is a thin, non-PVC, flexible, two-sided material. With one side gloss and the other matte, it is very versatile. It can be cut with virtually any cutting apparatus in the embellishment market and can be folded and creased by hand. Subliflex is often used for custom ID cards, name badges, door hangers, table tents and a host of other fully customized products. Available in 12" x 24," 24" x 24," and 24" x 36" sheets. NOTE: Laser engraving is not recommended.

7/2/25May I ask you what material settings you used? I created a custom material setting that is using 350 pressure, 2X cut, and a deep cut blade. It will not cut completely through.
