EasySubli vinyl is not recommended to feed through and print directly to from an Epson F570 printer.

EasySubli Heat Transfer Vinyl Benefits:
- Heat transfer vinyl designed for sublimation
- For use with a Sawgrass SG400/SG800/SG500/SG1000/Epson F570
- Applies to 100% cotton, poly/cotton blends, and 100% polyester
- Low application temperature of 311F
Specifications:
- Polyester composition with static backing
- 8.66 mil thickness with matte finish
- Layering not recommended
Option 1: Process Instructions
- Feed the EasySubli paper directly through your sublimation printer, eliminating the need for transfer papers.
- Place your printed vinyl under an open heat press to allow the ink to dry
- Cut out your image/graphic in a cutter, and weed the image after it's finished
- If your image has multiple separate pieces in it, you will need to use the EasySubli transfer/mask sheet when applying to your product.
- Place the sticky side down on the transfer sheet to your printed graphic, and ensure your entire graphic is covered by the transfer sheet.
- Squeegee out any air bubbles and make sure the vinyl is all stuck to the transfer adhesive sheet.
- If your image is one combined graphic, there is no need to use the transfer sheet step
- Place your vinyl on your product you're personalizing, and press in a heat press
*Note: After printing, it is recommended to allow the inks to dry for two hours before masking. Alternatively, you can lay your printed design under an open heat press for about 45 seconds.
Option 2: For Epson F570 & Best Vibrancy Instructions
- Print your graphic onto sublimation paper from your sublimation printer
- Cut your vinyl shape in your cutter, and weed the image once it is finished
- Place your blank vinyl shape onto your product you are personalizing and press for 5 seconds
- Take your mirrored printed image and line it up on your blank vinyl and secure with heat tape
- Press your sublimation paper/image to the vinyl applied to the product
- Once finished, remove your sublimation paper from the graphic and let it cool
