- Faulty boxes? Did not work.0 people found this helpfulI am not even sure if I was sent the boxes as shown in the picture, they do not appear the same as there is no fold over the handle. The PDF file showing how to fold them seems to match but I have not been able to fold one of these to the point where I can fit an 11oz mug also bought here. Sent an email to customer service 5 days ago inquiring about this issues with no response so far. Very frustrating to have all these boxes I can't use.

Weight with mug is just under 16 ounces. It took a few minutes to learn how to fold them, and once i put a mug in one, at first I was like "This is the worst...there is not way this mug doesn't break in here." But they don't! It holds the mug super tight and secured and the cardboard is this and structurally sound. Great product!
