Faulty boxes? Did not work. 0 people found this helpfulI am not even sure if I was sent the boxes as shown in the picture, they do not appear the same as there is no fold over the handle. The PDF file showing how to fold them seems to match but I have not been able to fold one of these to the point where I can fit an 11oz mug also bought here. Sent an email to customer service 5 days ago inquiring about this issues with no response so far. Very frustrating to have all these boxes I can't use.
