Self-Laminating Cable Markers for CAB EOS2 Cable Label Printer

OVERVIEW

Self-laminating cable/wire markers protect your prints from exposure to moisture, mechanical abrasion, and other outside elements. These cable and wire markers are wrap-around labels with a white print area and clear vinyl tail with a thermal transfer printable area.

The self lamination occurs when you wrap the label around your wire and when installed, the clear film on top laminates and protects the printed area. The self-laminated area’s ability to withstand exposure to oil, solvents and water makes these cable markers ideal for, industrial, commercial, telecom, electrical, electronics and automotive applications.

Self-laminating cable markers are ideal when cable and wire identification is required and are frequently used within data centers and on cable harnesses. Your labels will include a permanent acrylic based adhesive on a white liner with reference holes for printer sensor detection.

Features:

  • Operating temperature: -40°F to +150.8°F
  • Permanent acrylic adhesive on each label
  • This product "vinyl film" meets the requirements as stated in UL 969. UL file number PGGU2.MH10170
  • See self-laminating video below
  • 25.4 x 36.5 mm available 5,000/RL
  • 25.4 x 95.3 mm available 2,500/RL
  • 50.8 x 36.5 mm available 2,500/RL
  • 50.8 x 95.3 mm available 1,000/RL

What makes these markers different from standard wire labels?

The self-laminating tail automatically wraps over the printed area, providing a built-in protective overlaminate that resists abrasion, moisture, and chemical damage without the need for a separate laminating process.

Are these compliant with UL standards?

The vinyl film used for lamination meets UL 969 labeling standards (UL file number PGGU2.MH10170), ensuring safety and performance in professional installations.

What industries commonly use self-laminating wire markers?

Self-laminating wire markets are widely used in data centers, telecommunications, industrial wiring, electrical maintenance, and automotive harness labeling for clear, protected identification.
