• Prints on cotton and natural materials- Transfers vibrant, full-color designs onto cotton shirts, canvas, wood, ceramics, and many other materials that traditional sublimation cannot handle.
• True 2-in-1 ink system- Pair it with VersiFlex Light paper for cotton decorating, or with TruePix sublimation paper and the correct Sawgrass color profiles for traditional sublimation applications- one ink set, two workflows.
• CMY + Expander cartridge lineup- The set uses Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and a unique Expander cartridge in place of traditional black ink, producing clean edges, smooth gradients, and consistent results
• Smarter black without black ink- Dark tones are blended from CMY, creating a softer, more durable finish that bonds better with natural fibers where black pigment inks tend to sit on top of fibers like cotton and can crack or fade
• Soft hand-feel, no vinyl layer- Dye bonds directly to cotton fibers, keeping garments soft and breathable rather than adding the stiff surface layer DTF leaves behind
• Quality image for up to 30 washes per Sawgrass ISO-standard wash testing; inks are water-based, solvent-free, OEKO-TEX certified, REACH compliant, RoHS certified, and manufactured in Charleston, South Carolina
• Dedicated printer only- Never load VersiFlex into a printer that has run SubliJet-UHD or EasySubli; switching ink systems can cause contamination, damage the print head, and void the warranty.

Can I use VersiFlex Ink in any Sawgrass printer?

No. Sawgrass VersiFlex™ Ink is designed specifically for compatible Sawgrass printers and must be used in a dedicated VersiFlex system. Do not mix VersiFlex Ink with printers that have previously used SubliJet-UHD or EasySubli inks, as cross-contamination can affect performance and may damage the printer. Always use genuine Sawgrass inks to ensure the best color accuracy, reliability, and print quality.
