    I recently placed an order with Johnson Plastics Plus for 20oz Powder Coated Stainless Steel Tumblers (Silver), which were advertised as powder coated and suitable for laser engraving. However, what I received were unfinished stainless steel tumblers that did not match the description. This caused a major inconvenience for my business, as I specifically needed powder-coated tumblers for a client project. After my complaint about the misleading description, Johnson Plastics Plus quietly removed any reference to the tumblers being powder coated from the product description. This change only confirmed that the original listing was inaccurate and deceptive. When I contacted customer service, they pointed out that a note on the product page mentioned these could only be laser engraved with Cermark spray. This detail was buried in behind a button labeled "Read Full Description", making it easy to miss. To make matters worse, they offered to sell me Cermark spray at full retail price to make the tumblers usable — an unreasonable solution given their misleading product listing. Additionally, their packaging includes stickers with their company name, which is inconvenient for resellers who need plain packaging for their own branding. Due to this experience, I will not be purchasing from Johnson Plastics Plus again. If you rely on accurate product descriptions, transparent business practices, and good customer service, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
