Great customer Service 0 people found this helpfulMy SG1000 unexpectedly bit the dust and Kayla from JPP really helped me make an educated decision. I have had 3 Sawgrass printers in 5 years and it was time to try something else. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the delivery or lack thereof... I ordered the printer on June 20 and it was expected to arrive on June 24. No communication from the carrier. After emailing & calling, I finally got an email after a day or two and was told that my printer was sitting in a warehouse and would not be delivered until the following Friday - maybe. I called the local warehouse where the printer was being held for another 3 days and arranged to pick it up that day. Luckily it was only an hour away. Was able to set the printer up that day and with the help of Brien from tech support got my Etsy shop back up and running.
