SOOO Frustrating to Sublimate!!! 0 people found this helpfulThese do not sublimate well! I ordered a case of 25 for and order of 20. It was a basic print of a company in navy blue. I had to reprint at least half of them!! Luckily, I had a different brand of the same tumbler from a previous order. Unfortunately, those tumblers cost me twice as much, which is why I tried these. I was doing the order at the cost of the tumblers as a favor for my sister. Now I've lost money having to remake so many and using better quality/reliable, more expensive tumblers. Lesson learned!!! These tumblers felt and looked nice, but once I sublimated they either were faded in places and/or had magenta "splatters". I tried adjusting the time, temp, and pressure on my tumbler press. No matter what I did I could not get them to give me consistent results. When I switched tumblers, I had no more issues, perfect every time!!!! Unfortunately, I did not have enough of the other tumblers to complete the order, I had to send my sister a few less than perfect ones that had just a little fading. I had tried to call JPP customer service, but every time the system put me on hold to connect me to talk too, I got disconnected. Don't order these!!! Spend the extra money on better quality ones!!!
