Hard to tell which side to print 2 people found this helpfulIt says to print on the bright side, however, it's difficult to tell which is which. I wish there was a better way to tell. I feel like I wasted my money. The colors came out terrible and I don't have another mug to redo with the other side. A total waste

Thank you for your review, Rachel. We have a couple tips that will hopefully help determine which side to print on: 1. Bend your paper in half to compare one side to the other to tell which is the brighter, whiter side. 2. Or keep your paper in the packaging, so the print side is always up, with the label indicating the print side.
