HERE'S HOW TO USE OUR SHRINK WRAP IN 6 EASY STEPS:
- Print your design: Print a full-coverage image using a sublimation printer, designed to wrap fully around your product.
- Position and secure: Use heat tape to fasten the design tightly to your item. This ensures a snug fit for an even transfer.
- Slide on shrink wrap: Place a shrink sleeve over the item and taped design, covering everything securely.
- Shrink with heat: Use a heat gun to tighten the sleeve around the item, sealing it completely. This step helps create a flawless transfer with sublimation shrink wrap.
- Bake for perfection: Place the shrink-wrapped item in a convection oven to lock in the design.
- Cool and reveal: Once it's finished, dunk the item in cool water immediately for easier removal of the shrink sleeve. This technique halts the sublimation process and makes peeling the wrap simpler.
TIP: Dunking your item in a cool water bath right after removing it from the oven will make removing the shrink wrap sleeve easier and ensure the transfer is locked in.
NOTE: Using shrink wraps for sublimation requires a heat gun or heat appliance. Full instructions can be found under the "Tech Docs & Downloads" tab.

- Great product0 people found this helpfulGreat product. Very rarely sticks to the paper or melts. I’ve tried several different brands and this is my go-to for both 20 and 30 oz. (I use the 9.84x6.89).
- Amazing company0 people found this helpfulI was so confused as to what I needed to buy for proper fitting on my tumblers. The wonderful staff took note of my disappointment and reached out to me not once but twice just to take the time to ensure I understood everything. I am so grateful and glad that I found this company and will definitely be buying all my products through them from here on out. Thank you truly ???? JPPlus Response: Thank you for working with our customer service department! We appreciate your business!
- Confused on shrink wrap sizes0 people found this helpfulHi so I came to your sight after seeing a video of yours on the shrink wrap sleeves, however I have NO idea what I'm looking at or what I should order. Everything is in inches and/or say "wrap175". What does that mean? What should I buy for a 20oz skinny? So very confusing ????
Response from JPPlus
Thank you for your review, Charlene. We are sorry that this page was found to be so confusing! The "wrap175" is the item code, which is listed under the page title as you change selection and on the size selection buttons. On the sizes listed, the first dimension is the open end size, when laying flat. The second dimension is the length of the cylinder. Our customer service team will reach out to you shortly to see what we can do to help you out! - So glad I tried these!0 people found this helpfulI had been given some shrink wrappers from a friends and hated the whole process until I tried these. These wrappers are the perfect size for the 20 oz straight tumbler. They fit with only a little extra area which makes them so much quicker to use with a heat gun and can easily get out all the wrinkles. I have used maybe 10-12 of them so far and also find that they don’t melt like other brands and much easier to take off the cup after sublimation. They really are a game changer!!
- A must for 20 oz skinny tumblers!1 people found this helpfulA must for 20 oz skinny tumblers!
- Works perfectly1 people found this helpfulI ordered the 9.84 x 6.89 for my 20 oz tumblers and they worked great. I think I may try the narrower size next time as these were wide but they still would shrink to the correct size with use of heat gun.
- No Item Code in Shrink Warp are to match up to sizes listed there.1 people found this helpfulWe need the item code to match the sizes listed. How can I know what a WRAP175 is, that is recommended for a glass but when I get to the Shrink Wrap order area it only shows each wrap in Inches... no Item code to be found or even to match up to the sizes. ?????? So there I am guessing. Please fix this. Thank you!!!

Thank you for your review, Brenda. The unique item codes are listed under the page title, "Shrink Sleeve," and next to the number of review stars, where it says "Item #." We have also updated this page to include the item codes with the sizes in the selections. - Work great!1 people found this helpful.
