Special Shapes
Johnson Plastics Plus has the capabilities to provide non-standard shapes in a variety of sizes. Prices for irregular shapes can normally be figured by taking the square inch charge per piece of material as shown above and adding an additional 25¢ per piece. For parts that are not beveled, add 35¢ per piece. Note: Unisub FRP is excluded from this surcharge.
Johnson Plastics Plus has a large selection of irregular shapes in its files. If the shape you are looking for is not currently in our system, a one TIME $40.00 SET-UP (DIGITIZING) CHARGE WILL BE ADDED TO THE INITIAL ORDER.
State Shapes
Badges in the shape of states are also available. Pricing for state-shaped badges can also be figured by taking the square inch charge per piece of material as shown above and adding an additional 25¢ per piece. For state shapes that are not beveled, add 35¢ per piece. There is no set-up charge for state shapes.
