ChromaLuxe Aluminum Photo Panels

ChromaLuxe aluminum panels offer superior sublimation image reproduction and are perfect for any full-color application.

Made from high-quality, durable aluminum that's scratch, fade, and graffiti resistant, these panels are designed interior use. They're ideal for room identification and wayfinding signs as well as for displaying photos and artwork for retail, office, and home decor applications.

The ChromaLuxe line offers panels multiple sizes with matte, semi-gloss, and gloss finishes.

Recommended heat press settings:

• Time: 60 - 80 seconds
• Temp: 400° F
• Pressure: Moderate - Heavy (it should require some effort to close your press)

Fabrication steps:

1. It is recommended that your artwork have at least a 1/8" bleed. So, if you’re transferring to an 8" x 10" panel, you would want to size your art to be 8.125" x 10.125". This makes it easier to align your transfer to your panel.
2. Print your photo on Johnson Plastics Plus sublimation paper from your sublimation printer and remove the protective masking from the panel.
3. Tape your printed transfer to your panel and you’re ready to press!
4. Lay your product transfer paper up and cover with blowout paper on top to protect your platen
5. Once finished, open your press slowly, and in one swift motion remove the transfer paper
