- Prints look washed out.0 people found this helpfulI bought 4 of these as a test, and am not happy with the prints. I'm using a Sawgrass 500, Asub 125 paper. I made two tumblers, same print, same press setting as per JPP. The one on the left is from another maker the one on the right is from JPP. You can see the difference, the one on the left has a much brighter color over the one on the right. I'm not sure if I got a bad batch or due these just not take color will? I have one left to test but wanted to here from JPP first and see if they have any suggestions. Thank you

I didn’t realize until I read the directions that the top was plastic. I had to order a tumbler press to test. My preference is a sublimation oven and couldn’t use for this product. I am a fan of the straight sublimation tumbler and quality but this one doesn’t really meet the mark.

But remember to take the top off of it before subbing. No tumbler gets subbed with the lid on because they're plastic
- Not the best quality0 people found this helpfulThe bottles feel very cheaply made and the top part where the lid screws in is made of plastic and if you're not careful how you set the bottle in the press, it will melt off. If you set the pressure too tight the bottles will dent. Won't be getting these again.
