While dye sublimation opens a door to a wide range of possibilities, there are some limitations to the process, such as not being able to personalize non-polyester substrates and dark fabrics.

Luckily, there are products out there that can help you customize items that may have been off-limits before. And the greatest part? You don’t need to spend a lot of money on fancy equipment or supplies! The only products you may need to add is a hobby cutter in order to do more complex die cuts. Using SubliDecal Sublimation Paper or EasySubli Heat Transfer Vinyl can add a whole new dimension to your sublimation business. Using a vinyl hobby cutter gives you the ability to create intricate, custom-cut transfers that will impress your customers and add dollars to your bottom line!

EasySubli Sublimation Heat Transfer Vinyl for Fabric Applications!

Perfect for use on fabrics, Siser’s EasySubli allows you to add sublimated graphics to dark and cotton fabrics! Whether you’re printing directly to EasySubli or custom-cutting an area to transfer to, this product gives you a great choice when a customer wants to personalize a cotton or dark-colored garment. There are two methods for transferring to garments using EasySubli: printing directly to EasySubli using a Sawgrass printer, or printing to sublimation paper using an Epson F570 or other sublimation printer and transferring to a pre-cut EasySubli area.

Should I Use EasySubli Ink or SubliJet?

Through our testing, we’ve found that the Sawgrass SubliJet inks supply the best and most vibrant colors on your finished piece. We recommend sticking with the SubliJet inks for your Sawgrass Printer. Additionally, using inks other than SubliJet inks in your printer will void your printer’s warranty. If you do decide to use EasySubli ink in your Sawgrass printer, you’ll have to do a complete system flush before installing the EasySubli inks and you won’t be able to go back to using SubliJet inks in the that same printer.

Can I use EasySubli HTV with my Epson F570 or Converted Epson?

Yes! However, it is recommended to print to JPPlus Sublimation paper and THEN transfer your graphic onto the EasySubli, just like a typical sublimation transfer process. The EasySubli Tech Tips found in the downloads section of our product page recommend a starting point for time, temperature, and pressure settings. Keep in mind that you may need to adjust based on your specific equipment and environment.
