- Will not adhere to hat0 people found this helpfulFollowed directions, sublimated fine but does not stick to the hat. Not sure what to do with these now.

Following their instructions it sublimated well, but the embroidery edge does not adhere to the hat and some of the edges browned a bit. I didn't trust they wouldn't peel off with use so I ended up sewing around the edge to be sure. End result looked ok, but I'm not sure I'd buy these again knowing I'd be sewing them all anyway.

I love that I can create a sublimation design and use their template for the exact fit. I did the sublimation and pressing onto hat in 1 press (total of 45 seconds) for the best results. I also love their customer service...I was having some difficulty at first but they were quick to follow up and resolve the issue. I will definitely be ordering more!!
