Our customer service department will also reach out to you shortly to see what we can do to help you out. - lasermax value series1 people found this helpfulThis product is lighter than the regular rowmark lasermax product and the top layer sometimes has small white areas that the color has come off, leading me to think it is not as thick as the regular lasermax. The color holds up in the light and we do use it now and then.
