    They sublimate well. I press face up at 400F for 4 minutes under medium pressure, using a pillow underneath and a rubber cover sheet on top. The backs make it very difficult to stick thermal tape to but because the print isn't really supposed to cover the sides it's not that big an issue. Customer service has been really good at replacing tiles that arrive broken but I've not yet had one break on the press, having done at least 100 of these now.
