BUYER BEWARE!!! 1 people found this helpfulThey do NOT sell Authentic, Branded OKI toners and will instead send you a "Crio" branded Toner claiming its still compatible. That toner will NOT be compatible with your OKI printer and you will get an error code stating that the Crio toner is a "Non-Genuine Consumable". And good luck trying to get a refund even though this company is literally FALSELY ADVERTISING this OKI Toner listing. Will find another supplier that is more honest and accountable for their business.

Our Advanced Support Team is experiencing the same error that you reported, so they will follow up with you directly to help with the issue. 01/20/25 All of that would be fine had you clearly stated it on the product page or even updated the product images to not show the OKI branded Toner and Packaging as you do not sell that specific item anymore. Imagine ordering a Big Mac and you get a "compatible" Double Whopper instead. its still slices of meat, some veggies and buns but they are not the same BRAND nor are they made the same way which results in a different outcome. Stop justifying your false advertising and update the listing to be accurate. I cannot believe I am the one to tell you to do that. Who is in charge here?
