I purchased 2 full sets of these inks, first set ran just fine, no issues at all! Was forced to update Sawgrass Print Manager and the printer firmware. Right after those updates nothing but horrible quality prints, you couldn't tell from the print but once applied to the substrate it was obvious there was some issues. Now I know that isn't JPP fault, it's Sawgrass. My one star rating is not for that reason. It's for the fact that I ordered 2 full sets of Sawgrass branded ink from JPP and literally did 5-7 head flushes, multiple head cleans, full page bleeds. Basically anything and everything to clear this ink out of the lines, all was wasted. Total cost to me is $1,198 (replacement printers) and $616 (wasted Sawgrass ink) for a grand total of $1,814. It is great to see they have now placed a warning letting folks know that it isn't compatible with the new updates Sawgrass deployed, which by the way is essentially mandatory if you want to print with Sawgrass printers. In the end I would not recommend purchasing these inks as it appears impossible to switch back to Sawgrass ink from these. I take full ownership knowing it would void the warranty on the printers by using non Sawgrass branded ink but I would have never thought it would wreck them. Totally disappointed and being a long time JPP customer I'm disappointed with having to shell out the money to attempt to reverse the damage.
