    I've ordered hundreds of these and they're perfect for laser etching. Approximately 1 in every couple hundred has a chunk of cork in a odd place after rastering, I just flip it over and run it through again since the bottom doesn't' show in my finished projects. I haven't had the edge problem another customer had. I love the thickness, they feel substantial and good in your hand.
