These coasters are what I've been looking for, a budget fabric coaster that I can keep my cost down. I ordered 200 to prep for a popup market my wife and I were doing. The first 100 pressed great. I ordered 1000 more. Then I started the next 100 and the fabric was delaminating. I tried all kinds of settings with my heat press with no luck. This bothered me considering I just ordered another 1000. I scheduled a call with jpplus's tech support. Verified my settings with them, and they felt I was doing nothing wrong. The fact that I was successful for the first 100 had no issues. The support person felt that my order of 200 was made up of two lots. One of the lots must of been bad. They sent me 200 replacements, which was great of them. I'm happy to say that not only did the replacements press properly, the batch of 1000 has been working well. I'm writing this while at the popup with 700 coasters that I have processed. The way that JPPlus handled this issue is superb. Moving forward, they will be my first choice for supplies.
