    I followed the directions, especially the part of just using shrink wrap where the design is. I made sure it overlapped by at least 1/2" and taped it well, as per instructions. Used a heat gun to shrink it. The shrink wrap still shrunk up too much in the oven and I didn't get a good image. Also, the template is still not sized correctly.
