    I ordered 10 each of all of the available colors. it was shipped promptly and delivered within 2 days. Unfortunately 9 of the mugs arrived damaged but I reach out to customer service and within a day I got a response and a resolution. My replacement mugs were shipped quickly and arrived in absolute perfect condition. The mugs themselves are gorgeous and the quality seems impeccable, can't wait to put them to good use, will definitely order again.
