    Really disappointed with the directions given which burned several of these mugs while trying to figure it out. Instructions says to press for 390/540 seconds which is a really long time. I contacted support and they said the instructions are based on their presses. I have bought their other products had no issues with using their directions. I have a heat press from heat press nation so I have a pretty accurate temp mug press. For me 350/200 worked the best. My ink was black and it was not burnt.
