    The letter-like cover feels very good and engraves well but some pages missing ink and the first pages rips when you open it, it's not glued well at the spine. Only one out of 10 was in good condition. I cannot return them because I didn't check the items when arrived. If you think to resell them, you'll get so many complaints from your customers. Definitely not reliable,
