Thank you for your review, WPS! - Too many broken mugs0 people found this helpfulI love these mugs! The colors are pretty and they take sublimation well. I ordered 12 in each of 4 colors. Unfortunately, I have 6 mugs (so far) that are broken. The outer shipping box is sturdy enough but the inside divider box/sections fall apart the minute you touch them. I'll order them again but hope to get credit for the ones that were damaged.

My butcher paper sticks to all of them. My prior box has no issues. A little scared to order again since this box has been such a hassle to deal with.

I love the fact that you can buy singles instead of purchasing an entire case. I am just learning how to sublimate, so I don't need a lot of cups at one time. If I get good enough to sell them, then a case would be fine.

After looking at the others there was a light brown hue to the top of each mug. Overall I love the mugs and my customers were pleased with them too.
