Unisub Natural Wood Circle Ornament

We're happy to announce the release of thin natural wood products just in time for the holiday season. Ornaments are available in a circle and Benelux shape, and come complete with red ribbon. The rectangular natural wood bag tag is the perfect size for any image and text. All of these items are made from 0.156" (5/32") thick MDF with maple veneer, coated on both sides (for quality purposes) with a matte finish. One side is optimal for sublimation due to the characteristics of the maple veneer – customers may choose one or both sides to sublimate, however, these are being sold as single sided sublimatable products. These new natural items are the perfect addition to your line of ornaments and bag tags, and make great holiday gifts. For art placed on natural wood products, create a small bleed of 0.1” to prevent dye migration into the edges or use the template provided. Press for 40-45 seconds at 400° F on a swing away press, or 60 seconds on a pneumatic heat press (60+ pcs at a time). For best results, after sublimating, let the products sit on the open heat press to cool (do not move to a cool surface right after sublimation). *The time and temperature will vary based on your heat press.
