Acrylic Wedge Facet Award
OVERVIEW
The 1-1/4" thick acrylic Wedge Facet Award was engraved using 40% power and 100% speed on a 35 watt laser system. Engraved slightly out of focus by .020 inch yielded a smoother engraving with no raster lines in the large fill areas of the graphic. The Wedge Facet Award has a gold or blue ripple bottom which reflect the light in a stunning fashion and is self standing so no additional base is required to be glued on. After engraving, the smoke residue was removed using Novus Cleaners and Polishers.
Available in two sizes:
- 5" x 7" with 3-1/2" x 5-3/4" engraving dimensions
- 6" x 9" with 3-9/16" x 8-1/8" engraving dimensions
